Educado is an AI-powered learning and exam preparation platform operated by Pratinidhi AI. By accessing or using the Educado app, website, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Educado is intended for students preparing for standardized and competitive exams such as the SAT. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Students between 13 and 18 years of age may use Educado only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for the student’s activity. Educado does not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the platform, and such accounts may be suspended or removed.

Educado provides AI-assisted educational tools including practice questions, study plans, analytics, games, flashcards, and an AI tutor. These services are for learning support only and do not replace schools, teachers, or coaching institutes. Scores, predictions, and recommendations shown in the app are estimates and are not guarantees of exam performance or results.

Users must provide accurate information during signup and are responsible for all activity on their account. In the case of minors, this responsibility lies with the parent or legal guardian. Educado uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations and guidance; while we aim for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, and users should verify important information independently.

Educado may offer free trials, during which no card details are required and no automatic charges are applied. After the trial, users may choose to subscribe voluntarily. Paid services are processed through secure third-party providers and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Users agree to use Educado only for lawful and educational purposes and not to misuse, copy, resell, or disrupt the platform. All content on Educado is owned by Pratinidhi AI or its licensors and may be used only for personal, non-commercial learning.

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and reasonable measures are taken to protect student information. Parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of their child’s data as permitted by law. Educado may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Educado is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
